We offer our Captains and Superintendent experience to assist in the preparation for CDI/SIRE vetting/Terminal/Flag Inspection/ Vessels Certificate of Compliance (COC) examinations. Your choice of items from a program is available : a briefing with the Master, Officers and a completion of the Check-list for self-assessment on board and in your Office. HVPQ and other vetting applications maintenance, Vetting Request to Oil Major, final agreement of a port and date for the Inspection, documentation from the Office to the Master and Inspector. Roving Captain may be sent on board or to your Office or assistance may be provided on-line. The Post-vetting service ,incl. a completion of draft response to the inspection observations, follow-up comments and uploading of documents on Web, is also your choice.

Need a support to the Master or Operator for a transiting through HRA? The program includes a questionnaire to assist in a security risk assessment to evaluate all vulnerabilities of the ship. Recommended mitigating actions will be advised to implement security measures, conduct briefings to the officers and crew and carry out anti-piracy training and drills, an assistance to conclude a contract with a Security Service provider. We may advise about a Ship’s registration and reporting, to assess a route plan, other actions as required by the BMP-4, Flag, Charterers and Ship’s Operator.We transited Indian Ocean and West Africa with and without  Security personnel on board, passed Security Audits before a transit through HRA and best procedures are well known to us.
